Les Vann, a retired Local Television Executive has been Paying It Forward with Pro-Bono consultation for non-profits. He also does client representation, talent coaching, and research preparation and analysis. With a career rooted in Journalism, he became an honored leader in the TV Station business and was named “General Manager of the Year” by Broadcasting & Cable Magazine (markets-26-50) in 2015 for his work at WISH-TV in Indianapolis.

Les was inducted into the Illinois State University Hall of Fame in 2019 and is an “HONORED ALUMNI.” Les has more than 40 years experience. His portfolio includes P& L Management, Organizational Change, M A due diligence evaluations, Crisis Management, Succession Planning, Strategic Planning, Focus Groups, Journalistic Content, Motivational Speaking and Community Involvement.

Les, his family and his Service Dog Dale are also full time Parkinson’s fighters. Les was diagnosed in 2017 and retired to spend full time on his passions. He boxes, swims, and does exhaustive physical therapy and has stayed ahead of Parkinson’s.
