Harold Tessendorf has spent the past three decades working in non-profit management, social enterprise development and conflict management in South Africa, Haiti, Sierra Leone, Mozambique, and the United States of America. His experience includes leading and managing country programs for international development organizations as well as US-based organizations such as Habitat for Humanity as well as forming and guiding coalitions. His leadership experience includes starting nonprofits and social enterprises, serving on Boards of Directors, as well as forming and guiding coalitions.

Harold now provides services in Executive Development and Coaching, Strategic Planning, Social Enterprise (Systems & Operations) Consulting, program/budget planning and strategy.

When he is not working with clients, Harold teaches social enterprise, ethical leadership, and management courses to undergraduate and graduate students at in the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business at Mercer University in Macon, GA.
